NIMC Warns Nigerians To Beware of Fake NIN App:

The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has warned all Nigerians to be careful as a result of the emergence of fake National Identity Number (NIN) Apps created by fraudsters to harvest people’s NIN and BVN by default.

NIMC made the disclosure via a Twitter on their handle today 11th January 2021. The tweet was used to educate Nigerians on the difference between the fake and original app.
